Liz is a Certified Professional Life Coach. With over 15 years of experience in resume building, interview prep, mentoring, and salary negotiations.

She has worked in engineering, telecommunication, and state government. She worked in the public sector for four years, doing various quality assurance and data analytics jobs. She then transitioned into the private sector, where she currently serves as a Senior Energy Analyst.

She has navigated major career changes, personality conflicts, managing up, and successfully communicating in a male-dominated industry throughout her professional career. She has a passion for helping technical staff communicate with management, career coaching, and interview preparation.

She has additional training in dealing with difficult people in the workplace, goal setting, and time management.What led her to become a professional life coach is the enjoyment she found in mentoring her peers. She finds no greater joy than to help people navigate their careers.

When she is not working, you can find her hiking, kayaking, traveling the world, or hanging out with her husband and toddler.
